I ordered a chicken and donner wrap with cheese and chilli sauce. I received a donner chips and cheese wrap with no sauce. Was horrible and dry.

We order regularly but feels like the quality of the food is going down. Particularly paper thin donner meat not nice at all. We will order again hoping it will be better next time.

Excellent service excellent food

I pre ordered a meal as i knew I didn't have a lot of time and still had to wait nearly half an hour to get it. People were walking in and just being served which I didn't think was great.

Over 2 hours late and food was freezing

The fish felt like it had been sitting for a long time. The batter was like card board and not nice at all. I tried to carry on eating but a lot went on the bin as it was not enjoyable. You are normally very good but it is usually busier so maybe cooked fresher. You would be better chucking the fish out of its been in the heater too long rather than settling it and having an unhappy customer

Went to collect my order, assistant wandered off, never answered. So I waited for my order. When my order was being made up, I asked the girl if the chips were hot, as last time they were cold. She said they were fresh chips. The chap frying the food asked the girl what I'd said, then he laughed, as I heard them. The girl came over , and gave me my completed order, I asked her about their conversation, I told them it wasnt very professional to laugh at a customer, and ! walked out.

Food was cold on arrival but had been 1 hour in the delivery hence why it could have been cold. Food let down by the delivery service

Warm food, really don’t like the taste of the oil things are cooked in :)

For the second time in 8 weeks 2 hour delivery .Food lukewarm upon arrival. Used to be an amazing with reasonable delivery times.Will have to consider my options in future.
